Exciting new research showing that you are MORE FLEXIBLE during ovulation up to menses and you are STIFFER during your period and the week after. Now if you are a woman reading this, you might be like “Well duh!” but this is VALIDATION for how our bodies feel and change during the month. Not to mention the change women go through during pregnancy! The article mentions a study on how female athletes are more likely to get injured during ovulation through menses since our fascial tissue is looser at that point.
