Present Body Pilates is MOVING!

I am excited to announce I am expanding my business and moving to a new location! Beginning March 1, 2017 Present Body Pilates will be located at 1005 Shroyer Road Dayton OH.

The studio is located at 1005 Shroyer Road. It is next door to Carmel's restaurant in an office complex. My studio is behind Dr. Lisa Nicely's Podiatry Office. You can park anywhere in the parking lot. Once you park you will walk down the drive way and Present Body Pilates is on the left. You will see the mailbox with 1005 on it. Hopefully I will have all sorts of balloons and fireworks going so you won't miss it (hehe).

I am so excited about this next step in my business and I am excited for YOU, my students, to take this step with me. I will be sending a survey monkey email soon to ask you what types of new classes you would be interested in taking--now that I will have more space to offer group classes!

I will also be updating my website to reflect these new changes. If you haven't checked it out you can HERE.

If you are on Instagram, I have been posting exercises and thoughts in the past few months be sure to follow me HERE. My handle is @presentbodypilates.

On Twitter you can follow me HERE. My Handle is @PresBodyPilates.

Thank you and I cannot wait for you to see the new space!
Happy moving,
Susan

Welcome to my website!

Hi everyone! I hope you enjoy looking through my website. I am currently working on my logo and hope to display that as soon as I settle on the right image. For now I would love any feedback on what you see! I want this site to be for you. Soon, I will be linking certain products for sale and class offerings on my website, with the ability to order or sign up for them online. But for now, please enjoy my website as it is!

I hope to use this blog to start sharing any wonderful information on the body I might come across for you to read as well.  Here is a start, my favorite animation on how the body respires!

(I don't speak French, but I get a whole lot out of just watching the animations!) Notice how the entire body, your bones, your organs, your muscles are all affected by your inhales and exhales!!

Happy moving.

Susan
