About this class:
This class is GREAT if you work on the computer, phone, or have joint pain due to technology or just life! Movement work starts with a release for the pecs using your Tune up balls and yoga blocks. (See below for options if you do not have these props). We then move on to release the forearms, finish with some detailed work to massage the hands, and finallly learn a few important stretch and strengthing exercises for your hands.
What you will need:
Original size Tune Up Balls and two yoga blocks.
If you do not have tune up balls, you can use a tennis ball, raquetball or similar small ball tied in a sock.
You can use a couple large books in replace of the yoga blocks.
