What to expect:

Join Susan for a Roll Model Method® self release class to massage all around the hips. You will start learning a bit of the anatomy of what we will be releasing, then learn a “check in” movement that will be performed before we release our hips and then after to feel the difference. Prepare to release the glutes, muscles of the pelvic floor, and the psoas in this video.

What you will need:

This class uses all three sizes of tune up balls and a yoga bricks but you can also use two small tennis balls, a lacrosse ball, a book or a pillow.
