What to expect:
This class begins with some self-recognition of some of the muscles we will release. Movement work starts with a release for the abdomen using the air-filled coregeous ball. (See below for options if you do not have this ball). We then move on to release the glutes, the TFL, the quads, and the inner and outer tissues of the thighs.
What you will need:
Original size Tune Up Balls, Alpha ball, and courageous ball.
If you do not have tune up balls, you can use a tennis ball, raquetball or similar small ball.
You can use a balled up towel or throw pillow in place of the air-filled coregeous ball for the work into the belly.
