What to expect:
Join Susan for a glute focused Bootcamp work out! Class begins with a quick warm up followed by a functional/alignemnt focused HIIT workout (45 seconds of work, 15 second break) to get your heart rate pumping Then class continues with 10 minutes of strength, followed by one more round of HIIT and then cool down. Classes are 30 minutes. Prepare to sweat!
What you will need:
Mat, two hand weights, edge of a stable chair/couch/bench, towel and water.
