What to expect:
Class begins with a warm up and then you will learn a 4 circuit HIIT series that will boost your heart rate and improve your coordination and balance. This is followed by 10 minutes of leg strength exercises and then another 4 circuit HIIT series, ending with a cool down for mobility.
